  • "I feel very energized, I cannot wait to get it done"
  • "I have a new perspective, I see now a new option I didn't ever thought about"
I have coached clients in America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Coaching sessions can be done online or in person.

What is coaching?

According to the International Coach Federation (ICF, 2006), coaching is a professional relationship between a coach and client, which helps the customer to produce extraordinary results in his life, career, business or company.

Through the process of coaching, the client deepens his learning, improves his performance and increases his quality of life. At each meeting, the client chooses the topic of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes with observations and questions.

This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client process by providing and a more focused view and awareness of his alternatives. Coaching focuses on the present moment of the client's situation, and what the client wants to do in order to achieve his goals.

Coaching is indicated when the client
  • wants to change something about himself
  • wants to overcome a particular challenge
  • is at a turning point in his life
  • wants to achieve excellence in his performance
  • has an idea he wants to make reality

A coaching process helps the client
  • to understand his true interests and motivation
  • to become aware of his talents and how to leverage them
  • to become aware of their limitations and how to overcome them
  • to design an action plan to stick to in order to achieve his goals
  • to take action and transform his ideas into tangible results
